I'll second that DVD,
we had 4 perfect float loaders on the weekend when i had to do two trips to get us all there. Benji pretty much self loads now.
I also know atlease 2 people from the last clinic who are now successfully loading with confidence.
If you know anyone who's had one of their lessons, or just applied their method to successfully load, enlist their help. If anything they can help you clearly interpret the DVD.
and clear direction and attitude has a lot to do with it.
