Hi Voloclydes!
We're a host for Willing Workers on Organic Farms (WWOOF), where young people stay at our farm and do five hours work a day in exchange for food, accommodation and Aussie culture.
So our Europe trip was a series of visits to past wwoofers, which is a great way to see other countries. They gave us the best of their local foods, sometimes took us to their favourite restaurants, and generally we had a great time. We saw flamingos in the wild Camargue area of France, and the cool Camargue horses. In the pyrenees mountains, we saw vultures, also herds of chunky cows with big cowbells, and herds of chunky horses with cowbells too. I suspect both were for the butcher.
So we had a really cool time.
Back here, my hitherto lovely standardbred horse has decided he doesn't want to come back into work after winter. Hmmm. And i managed to slip off him while mounting (milk crate collapse, significant indignity involved...) so i've invested in one of those you-beaut conical ones.
Having some issues with my clydie colt too; nothing insurmountable but if you're around Goulburn anytime maybe we could catch up.

Cheers,
